Sell Through Award rules

Who can take part

Any authorized DTF Station dealer. Register your reps before the race opens — only registered reps can claim a unit.

The window

Tuesday, September 22 to Saturday, October 31 at 11:59pm, Las Vegas time. Nothing after that counts.

How a unit counts

1. Tap Claim a unit. It is held for you for 20 minutes.
2. Lock it in. The customer's business name and your invoice number are asked for and can be left blank.
3. The unit locks in and the board updates. No approval step, and no paperwork to send.

If the clock runs out, the unit goes back on the row. One unit at a time per rep, one 20-minute extension per unit, and you can hand a unit back at any time. Repeated expired clocks in a day: call DTF Station before starting another.

When the row is gone

Pre-orders continue against the next shipment of 16 units, landing late October or early November. Same clock, same invoice number, same score.

Standings are provisional

The board counts claimed units. The award is confirmed once those convert to orders actually placed, and DTF Station follows each one up with the rep who wrote it. Anything that does not convert comes off.

The announcement

1:00pm on Monday, November 2 we name the leader. The award is confirmed after conversion and the winner is told directly.

The prize

One Vega S17 for the winning dealer's demo floor, title retained by DTF Station. Placement terms go to the winner in writing.

Who can win it

A dealer that already has a Vega S17 on its demo floor cannot win the demo unit — the prize is a demo floor machine. They still score, still appear on the board, and can still be named top seller.

Ties

Most units wins. A tie goes to whoever reached that number first.

SPIFF

$1,200 to the dealer on every Vega S17 sold during the show, on top of dealer pricing.

Booth demo machines

The machines in the booth — the demo Vega S17 included — sell at show pricing and ship to the customer from the floor. Claim one and it is yours; we follow the paperwork up with you afterwards. Demo floor sales do not count towards this award.

Voids

DTF Station may void a submission that is not a genuine customer order, is a duplicate, or was entered in error. Voided units go back on the row, and we tell the rep and the dealer why.

Orders placed by phone or email count the same and appear on the board the same way, against the dealer and rep who sold them.

Text messages

Registered reps get texts about availability and standings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop — it does not affect claiming.

Everything else

DTF Station administers the award and its decisions are final. Obvious errors in the standings may be corrected. These rules were published before the race opened.
